Introducing Mamiko Inoue
Born in Hiroshima, Japan, Mamiko started dancing at the age of five and continued her training at Satomi Morikawa Ballet Academy. In 2011 she was accepted to the Washington Ballet School. And graduated in 2017.
Mamiko has danced Tchaikovsky pas de deux, Paquita pas de trois, Clara in Nutcracker and also danced Diana and Acteon in Mexico in 2017.
She joined Teatrul de Balet Sibiu in 2017 and since she has danced roles such as Small Bayadere in La Bayadere, soloist in Paquita, Spring in Seasons. She has toured with the company to Otopeni.
She was placed in the top 12 finalists at the Youth American Grand Prix in Japan and was selected as a member of lessons in Paris by Isabell Ciaravola and Dominique Khalfouni. In the All Japan Ballet Competition she placed gold in the contemporary and bronze in the classical. In 2016 she was a Finalist of the Geńee International Ballet Competition in Sydney, Australia. And placed 2nd in pas de deux category in International Ballet and Contemporary Dance Competition Domenico Modugno.
