Introducing Yukari Mizu
Born in Chiba, Japan, Yukari began training ballet at the young age of three and continued her training at Urayasu Ballet academy and had professional education at International Dance High School in Tokyo. In 2015, she moved to Italy and complete her professional training at Teatro Alla Scala Ballet School where she received her diploma.
Yukari worked with Teatro Alla Scala, Italy, Ballet de Catalunya, Spain and then joined Teatrul de Balet Sibiu in 2020.
Her career highlights include Two Couple in third movement, Symphony in C (by G. Balanchine), 4 fairies in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (by G. Balanchine), Napoli in Swan Lake (by A.Ratmansky), Sugar Plum Fairy and Snow Queen in Nutcracker and Queen of Dryads and Friend of Kitri in Don Quixote and many more.
In 2015, Yukari won first prize at the competition Eva Evdokimova Memorial Educational Ballet in both Classical and Contemporary judged by Dominique Khalfouni, Iriya Sitnikova etc.
