Introducing Maynard Miranda Fernández
Originally from Cuba, Maynard began dancing at the age of 10.
After beginning his training in Cuba, Maynard went on to join the corps de ballet of the Cuban National Ballet and at the young age of 20 years old, joined the National Ballet of Peru as a principal dancer.
Maynard joined Teatrul de Balet Sibiu in 2019.
Since joining Teatrul de Balet Sibiu, Maynard has performed soloist roles in Tribute to Tchaikovsky and Gala de Balet.
You may not know:
Maynards favorite dancer is Carlos Acosta. Outside of ballet he is a skilled guitarist and enjoys playing basketball.
